Not at all. Most of our students walk in with zero martial arts background. Our instructors meet you where you are and build your skills step by step in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Comfortable athletic clothing is perfect for your first session — shorts or sweats and a t-shirt work great. If you decide to keep training, we will help you get the right uniform for your program.
Absolutely. Every class builds real fitness — strength, conditioning, flexibility, and coordination — while you learn practical self-defense. Train consistently and you will see steady progress regardless of your starting point.
Yes. Our kids program builds confidence, focus, and discipline in a fun, safe environment. Kids learn respect and resilience while making new friends on the mats.
Two to three classes per week is a great starting point and is enough for most students to see real progress in fitness, technique, and confidence within the first few months. We will help you build a schedule that fits your life.
